raising process is to use mechnical system to make surface fibers of a fabric are picked up with dense spines or needles to form a nap, also known as nap. The nap layer improves the warmth of the fabric, improves the appearance and softens the feel. Fuzz is mainly used in woolen, acrylic and cotton fabrics. Wool fabrics are fluffed in the dry state, and the hair is shaggy and short. In the wet state, the fiber elongation is larger, the surface fiber in fuzz. The longer nap can be obtained by spraying the wet nap of wool fabric, and the longer wavy nap can be obtained by soaking the wool. Cotton fabrics should only be used for dry fuzz. There are two kinds of lifting equipment: needle roller lifting machine and thorn fruit lifting machine.
